 Last Two Weeks!!

    It has been a while! Apologies for I am not a blogger. I am once again in Korean American History.. not doing work. BUT,,, it’s okay cause I have done a lot more work than I had last time. Instead of a research paper for my final project, I’m making a zine for this class! I’m quite excited for it! Anyway, my assignments have been the only thing on my mind as of late- so this post might be a little boring and a little short cause I don’t want to write out all the projects I have. 

    I’m sooooooo excited to get back to my peopleeee! Metropole is going to grind out some new songs and reunite once again. I will be able to breathe normally soon! I do have to bring my bass back to New York which I am not looking forward to but I will live.

    The year is coming to an end! You know that winter is approaching when I spend my mornings with Adrienne Lenker’s voice in my ears. I’m not complaining, it’s good music! Her voice warms the soul! 

- Bubble Scary 

    Local band in Amherst! I think this is the only band here that has really blown my mind, it made me want to make music again. The shows here are pretty different than in New York. It’s so male dominated so it’s nice seeing a respected band with a female singer. Regardless, this is a reallyyyyyyy good band that I genuinely enjoy listening to outside of shows. They’re also on Spotify so listen!!!!!

    Okay. I know. Problematic of me. I watched this last night and did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I watched it for the first time in April and didn’t have any particular feelings towards it, but I had a much better time watching it last night. I think this movie really fuels my parasocial relationships with celebrities (not the main characters.. they suck). I’m able to recognize that I have these parasocial relationships and I am not proud but IT’S NOT A CHOICE!! The internet permanently destroyed my brain. Whatever, I’m normal and I love Micheal Cera.

- The Last Five Years 

    AHHHHHH GOODBYEEEE UNTILL TOMORROWWW!!! OH HOW I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! I think going home for Thanksgiving reminded me that I am a theater kid at heart. Wonderful music and wonderful movie. Not much to say.
